As we are studying the Book of Esther together with the FYM 2007 team I would like to share with you how God encouraged me this past week reading chapter 4 from this great Book of God’s Word.
I knew this, I knew it before, 🙂 but I am sure you too know what an encouragement that is, when God just really hits you with a though: Just as Esther had to be in a royal position
“for such a time as this” in the Lord’s plan to deliver his people,
right now I am in my Father’s perfect plan here at Word of Life Hungary , living in this beautiful castle with an awesome view from the back of the castle as you can see on these pictures. (the pictures you can check out in the my pictures category)
I praise the Lord every single day for this amazing opportunity to serve here as an intern, as the Assistant Dean of Women. It is such a blessing to take part in these girls’s lives just by simply being there and caring for them daily. Thinking about this phrase
“for such a time as this..” God
has really encouraged me that in spite of what he holds for the future for me,
right now He wants to use me in these ladies’ lives. Wants to use me as I disciple them, as I do office work, as meet weekly with the Deans and daily with the Dean of Women to pray together for them, as we organize fellowships for them, spend time with them personally.
The Lord gives me many opportunities to disciple these girls, which I am so thankful for. Me myself I learn a lot through
” such times as those times…..” when I have to step out of my comfort zone and go talk to one of them even though it might be hard and I know she just dreds me having to talk to her, but
knowing that God put me here to do this part too. Stepping out with Him for doing the right thing is, and will be heavenly rewarded that’s for sure!!!!!
Please pray with me and for me for wisdom and boldness as I do my best to make a difference in these ladies’ lives.
